Hrisavgi Villa is located on the west coast of Sithonia, about 3 km from the center of Nikiti from the direction of Thessaloniki and approximately 180 m from the nearest beach, while the city beach in Nikiti is about 4 km away.
The building has a total of eight accommodation units, which are studios and apartments, located on the ground floor and on the first floor, and are intended for a maximum of four people. We offer two studios and six apartments. The studios have three beds for one person, two of which are connected, while the apartments have a bedroom with two single beds and additional bunk beds in the kitchen area.
A baby cot can be provided upon request and at no additional charge.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, free Wi-Fi, a hairdryer and a kitchen with a standard fridge-freezer and a two-burner stove. Depending on the number of floors, guests have at their disposal a veranda or a balcony with a view of the courtyard, equipped with seating.
Within the facility there is a large and carefully maintained yard with a grassy area and a children's playground, as well as an entertainment area with billiards, table tennis and table football. A barbecue is available to guests, while there is a basketball hoop next to the parking lot.
Pets are not allowed. Guests are responsible for maintaining hygiene during their stay, while a clean set of towels and bed linen can be obtained on request.
Inside the yard, there is a private parking lot with eight parking spaces. The facility was built in 1990, is of a more modest type and is recommended for guests looking for simple accommodation in a quiet environment.
