Interni Luxury Living is a luxurious and newly built accommodation with a swimming pool located in Nikiti in a fantastic location. It is accommodation that offers modern, quality and stylishly furnished accommodation units.
It is located about 500m from the coast, and the city beach in Nikiti is less than one kilometer away. About 230 meters from the accommodation is the main road, with pharmacies, bakeries, and shops.
It consists of two buildings, A and B. There are a total of ten accommodation units, five in each building and they are arranged in the same way. Within the A building, there are two three-bed studios on the ground floor, as well as three four-bed studios, which are maisonettes on two levels, two of which have the first level on the first floor and the second level on the second floor, while the third maisonette has the first level on the ground floor and the second level on the first floor. The layout of the units is the same in building B. In addition to the swimming pool, there are deckchairs in the fenced yard.
Three-bed studios have one double bed and a sofa for one person, and four-bed studios have a sofa for two people located on the first level together with the kitchen and bathroom, while the double bed is on the second level (on the open gallery) as well as an additional bathroom.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV (maisonettes have additional air conditioning and TV), mosquito nets, internet, safe, mosquito net and hair dryer. They also have a balcony or veranda with seating and a view of the courtyard and pool.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, a stove with two ceramic rings, a coffee machine, a toaster and a microwave oven.
There is a small refrigerator with a freezer compartment in the studios, and a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment in the maisonettes.
The bathrooms have a shower, and the additional bathroom in the maisonettes has a shower.
Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, is every three days.
You don't have to worry about finding a parking space, because the accommodation has its own private parking lot.
At the very entrance to Nikiti, just after cafe Mikel, turn left and go towards the sea for about 190m and then turn into the first street on the right, then go to the end of the street and then turn left to reach the accommodation.
