Jessi's Villa is located in Nikiti, one of the most beautiful and developed places on the Sithonia peninsula, known for its combination of natural beauty, traditional architecture and modern tourist spirit. It is located about 400 meters from the beach and is an elegant maisonette on three levels, which provides guests with a high level of comfort during their stay in Halkidiki. The spaciousness, modern equipment and pleasant atmosphere make this villa suitable for larger families, two families vacationing together or a group of friends who want privacy and comfortable accommodation.
Jessi's Villa is organized as a three-story maisonette and can accommodate up to eight adults. It consists of a basement, a high ground floor and a first floor. In the basement there is an open sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a bathroom. The high ground floor has a bright and modern living room with an additional bathroom. On the first floor there are two separate bedrooms and a third bathroom. One bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the other has bunk beds and one single bed. All rooms are functionally connected by an internal staircase and are characterized by good lighting and airiness.
For guests with small children, a cot is provided upon request and at no extra charge.
The accommodation is fully equipped for a longer and comfortable stay. Two air conditioners are available, which cool the upper bedroom and the basement, while there is a fan in the living room. Guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet, a TV with national channels in the living room, a hair dryer and an iron. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped and contains four hotplates, a large oven, a spacious fridge with freezer, an electric kettle, a coffee machine, a toaster and a dishwasher, which allows you to prepare meals independently during your stay.
The villa has two balconies with a view of the street and the surrounding area. The upper balcony is suitable for morning rest or evening relaxation, while the lower balcony is intended for outdoor living and shared meals. Thanks to the position of the villa and the balconies, the rooms on the upper floors and on the upper ground floor are bright and well ventilated during the day.
The stay of pets is allowed and included in the price of accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every three days.
Guests can park for free on the street in front of the villa, where parking spaces are mostly available.

The city beach is clean, well-kept and mostly sandy, with a shallow sea suitable for children. The old part of Nikiti is located on a hill, about two kilometers from the coast, and is characterized by stone houses, cobbled streets and the church of Saint Nikita. In the vicinity of Nikiti there are numerous famous beaches of Sithonia. Thanks to its position at the very beginning of the peninsula, Nikiti is a good starting point for visiting the western and eastern coasts of Sithonia. The nearest airport, Macedonia Airport in Thessaloniki, is about 80 kilometers away
