Kalin Apartments is located in a quiet part of the popular tourist town of Nikiti, 600m from the town's sandy beach. Modernly equipped apartments offer comfort, privacy and everything you need for a relaxing stay, and there is also a swimming pool that completes the perfect vacation.
We offer two apartments located on the ground floor and on the first floor of the residential building.
Each apartment consists of a living room, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed, while the living room has a sofa for two people.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, which has air conditioners in both the living room and the bedroom, guests have free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a kitchen equipped with four glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
On the balconies, which are equipped with seating, guests can enjoy a beautiful view of the sea, the beautifully landscaped yard, and the pool.
Guests can also use the shared swimming pool free of charge.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.
The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels during the stay, is performed by the guests themselves, with a replacement set provided. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are available at no extra charge.
