Karali Studios is located on the promenade in Nikiti, in the first row to the sea. The building is surrounded by a spacious, fenced and carefully arranged yard with plenty of greenery, natural shade and canopied seating, which provides guests with a peaceful and pleasant environment. We offer air-conditioned accommodation units for three to four people, modern design, with wireless internet, and some have a view of the sea. Sunbeds and umbrellas are available to guests on the beach, at no additional charge.
The accommodation is separated from the city beach only by the street. A bakery and grocer are located approximately 130 meters away, while the Happy market is approximately 500 meters away.
The complex consists of a central building and a smaller building located directly behind it, with a total of 18 accommodation units. In the first building there are eight four-bed standard apartments, two three-bed superior studios, one four-bed superior apartment on the ground floor and one three-bed superior studio on the ground floor. Six four-bed apartments are located in the second building.
Standard four-bed apartments are located on the first and second floors, four on each level. They are completely renovated and have spacious private terraces. They consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen with wooden bunk beds, a stove and a refrigerator. All standard apartments have a view of the courtyard and a side view of the sea. They are intended for a maximum of two adults and two children, with the second child not being older than 10 years.
Superior accommodation units have a direct view of the sea and there are four of them in total. Two are located on the ground floor, and one each on the first and second floors. Superior units on the ground floor include one studio without a separate bedroom, with a double bed and a single bed, where the toilet and shower are in separate rooms, as well as one apartment with a bedroom with a double bed and a separate part with two single beds in relation to the kitchen and bathroom. The superior units on the floors are apartments with a separate bedroom with a French bed, while the kitchen has a smaller sofa bed for one child. The maximum capacity of these units is two adults and one or two children, if both children are younger. The verandas are not enclosed, the studio on the ground floor has a direct exit to the yard, while the apartments on the first floor have standard balconies.
In the second building there are four-bed apartments. Three apartments have two single beds in the living room and one double bed in the bedroom. The kitchens are equipped with a stove, refrigerator with freezer, coffee machine and toaster, while the bathrooms have a shower cabin. Other apartments in the bedrooms have one French or two joined single beds, while in the living room there is a sofa bed. These apartments can accommodate a maximum of four adults and an additional baby in a cot.
All accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, mosquito nets and a private terrace or veranda. It is possible to add a cot for a baby or an extra bed to each unit. Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed after three nights. Use of the washing machine is available for an extra charge. Internet signal is stable and strong thanks to multiple routers.
The property's yard is fenced, neatly maintained and rich in greenery, with deckchairs and canopies, offering guests a peaceful place to relax. Private parking has six spaces, while other guests can park their vehicles along the road near the accommodation. Beach umbrellas and deck chairs are available to guests at no extra charge.
To get to the accommodation, after passing the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, continue straight to the church on the right, then turn right and drive straight to the street along the beach. There you turn right and after about 15 meters you reach Karali Studios.
