Accommodation: Kostas Apartment

Kostas Apartment is located in Nikiti, at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, at the crossroads between the west and east coasts. The accommodation is about 300 meters from the beach and promenade, as well as from numerous restaurants and cafes.

The studio is located on the ground floor, a few steps above the courtyard level, and can accommodate two adults with two children or three adults and one child. It consists of a living room with an equipped kitchen and a dining table, which includes a French bed and a sofa bed for two people.

Upon request and within the price, a portable baby cot is available to guests.

The accommodation is air-conditioned and guests have access to free Wi-Fi internet and a flat-screen smart TV. The TV does not have Greek channels, but allows access to platforms such as Netflix, YouTube and Google, while guests who want to watch Serbian channels can use their MTS Iris Go account. A hairdryer is also available in the studio, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a four-burner stove, a large oven and a standard fridge freezer.

During warm summer days, guests can stay on the veranda with a view of the yard, which is equipped with seating.

Pets are not allowed.

Guests enter clean accommodation and during their stay take care of maintaining hygiene themselves. One towel per person is available. For all bookings, there is an optional extra charge for cleaning, as well as for changing bed linen and towels.

There is a parking lot in front of the accommodation, and guests are provided with one smaller parking space, marked number 3. The parking space is suitable for a smaller car, while in the case of a larger vehicle it is possible to park diagonally, but availability is not guaranteed.

Kostas Apartment is approximately 7.7 km from Metamorfosi, 7 km from Ormos Panagias and approximately 88.7 km from the nearest airport in Thessaloniki.
