Lianna Apartments is located in a quieter part of Nikiti, not far from the center. The facility is well maintained, tidy and well equipped with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. A quiet location surrounded by greenery can be ideal for a vacation.

We offer two maisonettes on two levels, on the first and second floors. One maisonette is intended for accommodation of five people, with a note that the fifth person can only be a child up to eight years old, while the other maisonette is intended for the stay of four adults. In the five-bed maisonette, on the lower level, at the level of the first floor, there is a living room with two sofas, one of which folds out and is suitable for two people, as well as a kitchen and a toilet. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
In the four-bed maisonette, on the lower level, on the level of the first floor, there is a living room with two sofas for one person each, as well as a kitchen and a toilet. On the upper level, on the second floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
The accommodation has air conditioning, TV, Wi-Fi internet, hair dryer and the possibility of adding a baby cot. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four burners and a large oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer and all the necessary dishes.
The maisonettes have four balconies, one on each level and from the front and back.
The yard is fenced, secure and has a seating area.
The cleaning of the accommodation unit during the stay, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done every five days.
The accommodation does not have private parking, guests can park in front of the accommodation, along the street.
