Limani Nikiti Suites is a modern and contemporary accommodation, carefully decorated to the smallest detail in order to provide guests with maximum comfort. The interior exudes elegance, with a combination of modern design and warm tones that create a pleasant atmosphere. It is located in the very center of Nikiti, not far from the marina, so all facilities such as restaurants, cafes and shops are within reach, while the marina is only a few tens of meters away. The beach is located about 650 meters from the property, which makes it an excellent choice for those who like to enjoy both a walk through the center and a vacation by the sea. Thanks to its position at the crossroads between the west and east coasts of Sithonia, it is ideal as a base for visiting numerous beaches that are equally close on both sides of the peninsula. Nikiti and its surroundings offer beautiful sandy beaches, a long promenade and a beautifully landscaped town center that attracts a large number of visitors every year.
We offer four-bed and six-bed apartments. Four-bed apartments are located on the ground floor, on the first or second floor. They consist of a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom there is a double bed, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people. The four-bed apartments on the ground floor have their own private pool.
The six-bed apartments are maisonettes in structure and spread over two levels. On the lower level, on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom, while on the upper level, on the second floor, there is an open gallery and a bathroom. There is a double bed in the open gallery and in the bedroom, while in the living room there is a sofa for two people.
Upon request, within the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available to guests.
This air-conditioned accommodation has air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom, and guests have access to free Wi-Fi, a TV, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer, an iron with an ironing board, as well as an equipped kitchen with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large fridge-freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
All units on the ground floor have their own private pool, next to which there are two deckchairs and an umbrella, as well as a veranda equipped with seating. Upstairs units have two balconies, also equipped with seating, suitable for enjoyment. In addition to the private swimming pools, there is also a larger swimming pool available to all guests, with deckchairs and umbrellas.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
The apartment is cleaned daily during the stay. Bed linen is changed every third day, and towels are changed every other day.
Guests are provided with a parking space in front of the accommodation itself.
