Mara's Marina's Home is located in a quiet location, on the second row from the sandy beach, and is a suitable choice for families with small children. The town beach and the center of Nikitia, with its promenade and all the accompanying facilities such as taverns, restaurants, souvenir shops, bakeries and bars, are about 2.5 km away.
Accommodation consists of one four-bed studio and two five-bed apartments located on the high ground floor, as well as two duplex apartments located on the first floor. The four-bed studio has one double bed and a sofa for two people. One of the five-bed apartments has a double bed, while the other has two joined single beds, a sofa for two people and a pull-out armchair. Duplex apartments with two bedrooms have either a layout with two joined single beds, one single bed and a sofa, or two French beds and two sofas.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned and equipped with TV, mosquito nets, internet, safe and hair dryer. The apartments have additional air conditioning and a TV in the bedroom. Each unit has a balcony, while the apartments have an additional balcony. Duplex apartments have a direct view of the sea.
A shared washing machine is available to guests, the use of which is included in the price. The kitchens are fully equipped with the necessary utensils, a stove with two burners, a coffee machine, a toaster, a kettle and a small oven, and in each there is a large fridge with a freezer. Only one duplex apartment has an induction hob. The bathrooms are equipped with a shower cabin, except for one duplex suite that has a bathtub.
Guests are provided with private parking, a large landscaped and fenced yard with shade and manicured lawn, barbecue, outdoor shower, children's playground, gazebo in the yard, as well as free sunbeds and umbrellas for the beach. Bed linen and towels are changed, and cleaning is done every three days.
The stay of small pets is allowed, while a supplement is paid for larger pets. A cot is available on request. The facility is located under the main highway, about 5 km after passing the exit for Metamorfosi, if coming from the direction of Thessaloniki.
