Mata's House is a modernly equipped and charmingly decorated accommodation in a quiet location in Nikiti, offering accommodation units for four people. A nicely decorated, safe yard with natural shade is ideal for relaxing and socializing in the afternoon.
It is 250 m from the city beach in Nikiti, about 350 m from the bakery and about 200 m from the Happy market.
The apartments are very similarly decorated - at the entrance to the apartment there is a living room with a kitchen, where there are bunk beds and a dining table. There is a double bed in the bedroom.
Accommodation unit number 2 is a studio - in the same room there is one double bed and two bunk beds.
The kitchen in all accommodation units has a modern stove with flat burners, a refrigerator with a freezer, an electric kettle and necessary dishes. Bathrooms are equipped with modern shower cabins and hair dryers. Porches/porches have seating.
All units have mosquito nets, TV, air conditioning, internet access and tumble dryers on terraces/verandas. Guests can use a baby cot and an iron, if needed. Bed linen and towels are changed every five days.
The yard in front of the accommodation is fenced, with natural shade, flowers, greenery and paths. It also has a seating area, dining table, two brick grills and an outdoor shower. Private parking is provided for all guests.
After the traffic lights on the main road in Nikiti, turn right and drive towards the beach for about 580 m. When you see the children's playground on the left, turn into the alley on the left (Pizza di Porto pizzeria will be on the right) and drive for 100 m, then turn left and continue along that street for about 130 m. After that, turn right and in 30 m you will arrive in front of the accommodation.
