Nola 2 Villa is located in a quiet residential area of ​​Nikiti, about 340 meters from the beach. This comfortable villa provides a pleasant environment for a relaxing vacation, combining the proximity of the sea with the tranquility of a family settlement. It is suitable for guests who want a quiet stay, privacy and an authentic atmosphere in one of the most beautiful parts of Sithonia.

This spacious apartment, organized as a maisonette, is spread over two carefully arranged levels and can host up to eight adults. On the ground floor there is a living room, a kitchen, a small dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa suitable for two people, both for resting during the day and for sleeping, while the bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Upstairs there is a second bathroom and two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed, while the other is equipped with one single bed and a pull-out bed, suitable for children or younger guests.

For guests with small children, upon prior request and at no extra cost, a baby cot is provided, which ensures additional comfort during the stay.

The apartment has a modern interior and functionally arranged space, with details adapted to a comfortable stay. All rooms are air-conditioned, which allows for a pleasant temperature even during the hottest summer days. Guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, as well as a television in the living room and in each bedroom. The modern kitchen with a smaller dining area is fully equipped and includes a stove with four ceramic heating zones, a large oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and a large fridge freezer. A kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster are also available. Additional amenities include a washing machine, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, which is especially practical for longer stays.

The accommodation has a veranda and a balcony, both equipped with seating, overlooking a quiet street and a neat residential environment. These outdoor spaces offer the possibility of being outdoors in a pleasant atmosphere throughout the day.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining basic hygiene in the apartment. For stays longer than ten days, a change of bed linen and towels is provided, which is done halfway through the stay.

The accommodation does not have private parking, but free street parking is generally available in the area, depending on availability.

Nikiti is located on the west coast of Sithonia and is known for its combination of modern tourist ambience and authentic Greek spirit. The place has a long and wide sandy beach with shallow and clear sea, as well as numerous cafes, bars and taverns along the coast. It is divided into a new part by the sea, with a landscaped promenade, and an old part on a hill, with narrow stone streets, traditional houses and the church of St. Nikita. In Nikiti there are supermarkets, pharmacies, bakeries and a market held on Fridays. Thanks to its position at the very beginning of the Sithonia peninsula, the place is a good starting point for visiting the nearby beaches.
