If you are looking for modern and quality accommodation with a swimming pool, of recent date, within walking distance of all amenities in charming Nikiti, Paramithi Apartments accommodation can be an excellent choice for you. This facility has comfortable, air-conditioned apartments and maisonettes with internet access, shower cabins, mosquito nets, private parking and terraces, and for moments of relaxation and rest, in front of the accommodation there is a nicely decorated common area with a barbecue.
Paramithi Apartments is about 580m from the sandy city beach in Nikiti, 420m in the direction of the beach there is a grocer and a bakery, and 350m from the Masutis supermarket.
It is a newly built accommodation (2016), which has eight accommodation units (32m2), four apartments on the ground floor (3 Bed Deluxe Apartment) and four maisonettes with a gallery (4 Bed Superior Apartment) on the first floor.
The apartments on the ground floor are decorated identically. They have an equipped kitchen with a microwave, two hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer and the necessary dishes, and in the same space there is also a sofa bed. The bedroom has a double bed and opens onto a private terrace. The bathroom has a shower cabin.
The superior maisonettes on the first floor are very similar to the apartments on the ground floor, except that instead of one bed in the kitchen area, two single beds are located on the gallery connected by internal stairs to the kitchen.
Apartments and maisonettes have TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, internet access, hair dryer and the possibility of adding a baby cot. All units have private terraces with clothes dryers. Towels are changed after two and bed linen after three nights.
In front of the accommodation there is a lawn with children's toys, sofas, barbecue, dining table, swimming pool, deckchairs and umbrellas. There is a private parking lot and reception in front of the accommodation.
After turning off the main road near the new church in Nikiti, continue straight towards the sea and after 220m you will see this building on the right.
