Poseidon Sea Side Maisonette is located in the heart of Nikiti, in a perfect location close to the sea, the beach and all the facilities that this popular resort has to offer - shops, restaurants, cafes and promenades. Thanks to the central position, everything is easily accessible on foot, which makes the stay even more pleasant. The accommodation is spacious, modernly decorated, ideal for a quiet and comfortable vacation, both for families and groups of friends. Its excellent location makes it a perfect starting point for exploring Sithonia, as Nikiti is located between the west and east coasts, so numerous beaches on both sides of the peninsula are easily accessible. Some of the most beautiful beaches are located in the immediate vicinity, while the place itself offers a beautiful city beach, mostly sandy, and a long promenade that completes the atmosphere of the stay.
The two-bedroom apartment, which has a maisonette structure, is spread over two levels and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. On the lower level, on the high ground floor, there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the first floor there are two bedrooms and another bathroom. There is a double bed in one bedroom, and bunk beds in the other. In the living room there is a sofa for one person.
Upon request, within the price, a baby cot and a high chair are available to guests.
In the air-conditioned space, which has air conditioners in the living room and in both bedrooms, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV with satellite channels, hair dryer, washing machine, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
There are two balconies on the first floor, one of which is equipped with seating, while on the ground floor there is a veranda with an additional place to rest.
Pets are allowed in the accommodation, with prior agreement and without additional compensation.
Guests enter a clean apartment and during their stay they take care of hygiene themselves, as well as changing bed linen and towels, which they receive from the owner every three days. There is a possibility of additional cleaning, for an additional fee.
