SunRay Apartments is a completely new accommodation facility, tastefully furnished, with modern and high-quality furniture. A large and beautifully landscaped yard and a perfectly maintained lawn are ideal for moments of relaxation and socializing for adults, as well as for running and carefree play for the youngest. These modernly decorated apartments in a quiet location will provide you with a relaxing vacation, a little outside the hustle and bustle of Nikiti, and close to all the facilities and amenities offered by this popular resort.
The accommodation is located about 400m from the sandy city beach and the well-maintained promenade, which can be easily reached in a few minutes' walk to numerous bars, restaurants, pastry shops, taverns and facilities for children. A very well-equipped store of the famous chain Masoutis is also about 400m from the apartment, and just a little further are the supermarkets Galaxias and Lidl. If you go down the street towards the sea, just 200m away, you will come across the Fresh Corner grocer, which always offers fresh fruit and vegetables, as well as the Zorbas bakery, where you can buy an excellent baguette for breakfast and coffee to go every day.
The accommodation has seven spacious apartments located on the first and second floor, suitable for families and couples, with a capacity of up to four people.
On the first floor there are apartments no. 1-3, as well as apartment no. 4 which is completely separated from the others and has a separate entrance. Apartments no. 5-7 are on the second floor, and are slightly larger than those on the first floor. Also on offer are three newly built apartments in the mild basement of the building (A2, A3 and A4), which can host 3-5 people. The units are brand new with enough daylight, fresh and pleasant to stay in, and have a spacious and fenced balcony in front of the entrance.
All apartments have air conditioning and free internet, a spacious living room with SMART TV and Netflix service, a bedroom with one double bed, a comfortable balcony covered with an awning, equipped for moments of relaxation, as well as a bathroom with a glass shower cabin, always hot water and a hair dryer. The kitchens are fully equipped with a stove with a flat plate, a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster and all the necessary dishes and utensils for dining. The only difference between the accommodation units is only in the case of the living room. Apartments no. 1 and 5 each have a sofa and an armchair, no. 2 and 6 each have two sofas, in no. 3, 4 and 7 there is a sofa with a drawer which, when pulled out, becomes a bed with a standard mattress, and in A2, A3 and A4 there are (depending on the capacity) one or two single beds, as well as a pull-out armchair.
You can get a specially designed baby cot completely free of charge on request, while it is not possible to insert an additional extra bed into the accommodation units. Each apartment has a safe for storing valuables, and you can use an iron with an ironing board. Towels and bed linen are changed every five days. There is a possibility of an additional charge for heavily soiled sheets and towels.
You will surely enjoy the beautifully decorated and fenced yard, equipped with seating, dining tables and toys for children. A parking space in front of the building is guaranteed.
