Theros Summer Suites provides modern, newly built accommodation in an excellent location, close to the beach, ideal for those who want to enjoy the charms of Nikiti. Thanks to the proximity of restaurants, cafes and promenades, guests are provided with everything they need for a relaxing and meaningful vacation. It is located at the beginning of Sithonia, making it the perfect starting point to explore the most beautiful beaches and sights of this part of Greece. Nikiti is known for its long sandy beach, beautiful promenade by the sea and the old town, where traditional stone houses and narrow streets exude a true Mediterranean spirit.
We offer two studios (52m2 and 45m2) which are maisonettes in structure and spread over two levels, the first and second floors.
Maisonettes are intended for a maximum of three adults and two children. On the lower level there is a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom, while on the upper level there is an open sleeping area and a second bathroom. In one maisonette, in the living room, on the lower level, there is a sofa for two people and a folding armchair, while on the upper level there is a double bed. In the second maisonette, there is a sofa for two people in the living room, while on the upper level there is a double bed and a folding armchair.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal a TV with satellite channels, WiFi internet, a hair dryer, as well as a kitchenette with a two-burner stove, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, a kettle and a coffee machine.
On request and at no additional cost, a baby cot is available.
Guests can relax and enjoy themselves on the balconies, which are equipped with seating.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation.
A guaranteed parking place is not provided, but usually you can find a place on the street, in front of the accommodation.
