Villa Ioanna is located between the Metamorfosi and Nikiti. From there you can reach many other parts of Halkidiki, and do many interesting excursions. In Nikiti you can find shopping, many restaurants and cafes. Our villa is suitable for tourists who want to relax in a quiet family atmosphere.
We offer fully furnished apartments and studios with one or two bedroom (maximum 5 people) with large well-equipment kitchen, TV, air conditioning, toilet / shower and spacious balconies overlooking the sea or the garden. A well-kept garden is surrounding the apartments where you can find flowers and trees and also a full-equipment barbecue area for cozy evenings.
