Xrysa's Sea View House 2 is located in a beautifully landscaped, private complex in Nikiti, right next to the beach. It is a partially renovated and comfortable apartment, functional and fully equipped with everything you need for a pleasant stay.
It is separated from the beach only by a street, while the nearest bakery and shop are about 450 m away, and the large Masoutis supermarket is about 750 m away. The beach in front of the apartment is sandy, with small pebbles in the first few meters into the sea. Also, next to the complex itself, there is a beach bar with sunbeds and umbrellas.
The apartment is located on the ground floor, facing the sea, and can accommodate a maximum of five adults. It consists of a spacious living room with a fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen (stove with an induction hob, large fridge with freezer, new dishes and ice cream, multi-purpose, electric kettle, toaster and coffee maker), two bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with two single beds) and a bathroom. The living room has a sofa bed and a TV, while the bathroom has a shower-tub with a curtain and a new washing machine.
Amenities include wireless internet, a playpen and feeder, hair dryer, iron, two air conditioners, mosquito nets on windows and balcony doors, as well as private parking. The owners leave an additional set of bed linen and towels for replacement, while the guests are responsible for maintenance and hygiene during their stay.
The yard in front of the complex has a nice grassy area, it is fenced and safe, ideal for children to play and adults to socialize. In front of the entrance there is a veranda with a beautiful view of the sea, an awning, seating and a clothes dryer. At the back there is a barbecue and another covered veranda with seating.
From the main road to Nikiti, turn off at the Masoutis supermarket and continue straight towards the popular Vertigo beach bar. Accommodation is located above this bar.
