Nikiti Seafront Maisonette is located in a private complex in Nikiti, right next to the beach, from which it is separated only by a road. This accommodation is a good choice for guests who want a quality stay by the sea and promenade, with preserved privacy and comfort. The maximum accommodation capacity is six people.
The maisonette is about 60 meters from the city beach, about 450 meters from the bakery and about 750 meters from the Masoutis supermarket. The beach in front of the accommodation is sandy, while in the first few meters of the entrance to the sea there are small pebbles.
The maisonette of about 60 m² faces the sea and can accommodate up to four adults and two children. It was renovated in 2015 and is regularly maintained, neat and clean. Until 2018, it was used exclusively by the owner during the summer holidays, which is why it is fully equipped and well preserved. The accommodation is spread over two levels and has two terraces and two verandas.
On the ground floor there is a living room with a kitchen and a toilet with a sink and a washing machine. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a stove, toaster, filter coffee machine, electric mixer for Nescafé, complete dishes and utensils for meal preparation, electric kettle and refrigerator with freezer. In the living room there are two sofa beds, one of which is intended for one adult and the other for one child. The living room leads to a beautiful veranda with a view of the landscaped yard and the sea, while the veranda and yard are equipped with seating.
Upstairs there are two separate bedrooms, each with its own terrace and wardrobe. The bedroom with a double bed has a terrace with a direct view of the sea, an awning, including side protection, as well as a comfortable sofa. The second bedroom has two comfortable single beds and a small terrace overlooking a quieter part of town. The bathroom with shower is located between the two bedrooms. A safety door has been installed on the staircase leading to the ground floor to prevent small children from going down without parental supervision.
Guests have at their disposal Wi-Fi Internet, playpen and feeder for children, hair dryer, iron, two air conditioners, private parking space and mosquito nets at the door. The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the change of bed linen and towels, is carried out by the guests themselves, while the owners provide clean sets of bed linen and towels after five nights of stay.
The yard in front of the house is fenced, safe and landscaped, with a lawn suitable for children to play and adults to stay. In the back of the house, where the entrance is located, there is another veranda, mostly in the shade, equipped with seating and a brick grill, which is a pleasant place to stay.
The road to the accommodation leads after the traffic lights at the entrance to Nikita, continuing straight to the church on the right, where you turn right towards the beach, then left and drive another 250 meters to the building.
