The completely new and modernly decorated house Lena's and Sofi's House is located in a quiet location, a little further from the beach of Trani Amuda near Ormos Panagias. It is surrounded by a spacious yard with plenty of greenery, so it is an ideal choice for families with children.
It is about 1 km from the beach, and about 1 km from the nearest market and tavern. Right next door is Nick and Sofi's House which is convenient for multiple families traveling together.
The house (68m2) has two bedrooms with one double bed each and a living room with a corner sofa, as well as two sofa beds that can be converted into one single bed. The kitchen is spacious and fully equipped with all the necessary dishes, there is a large refrigerator, a stove with an oven, a Nes machine and filter coffee. The bathroom is new and has a shower cabin. The house is air-conditioned, has a TV and mosquito nets.
Given that the owners do not stay in the accommodation, the guests themselves change the bed linen and towels. Clean towels and bed linen will be left in the accommodation.
The yard is spacious and nicely decorated, with plenty of greenery and trees, a shower, barbecue and parking. There is also a veranda with a table and chairs to enjoy.
You will reach the accommodation by driving on the highway and after the turn for Agios Nikolaos you will turn left at the Shell pump. You will drive 2 km and you will reach the accommodation located on the left.
Although it is a little further from the sea, Lena's and Sofi's House can be a perfect choice for guests who come with their own transport and are looking for a house where they can absolutely relax and enjoy their vacation. Primarily built for the owners themselves, this house has everything needed for one or two families.
