If you are looking for accommodation just a few hundred meters from one of the most beautiful, sandy beaches in Sithonia, Trani Amuda, Maria House Studios is an excellent choice for you. Built in a spacious courtyard in peaceful Ormos Panagias, the property is a real oasis of peace and an excellent choice for families with children and all those who want a relaxed vacation, far from noisy resorts.
The accommodation is located about a hundred meters from the sandy beach. The nearest supermarket and bakeries are located in Ormos Panagias, which is about 800m away, and the village of Agios Nikolaos is 5km away.
Maria House Studios offers studios and apartments. Of the 14 studios (20-23m2), 11 three-bed studios have one double and one single bed each, two four-bed studios have two double beds, while the third studio has one double and two bunk beds. The kitchens in the studios are not separated by a door, but they are far from the bed. The apartment (43m2) has a separate bedroom with one double bed and one single bed, while the room with the kitchen has two single beds. Another five-bed apartment has two double beds and one single.
All accommodation units have internet, air conditioning, TV, kitchen with mini oven and large fridge with freezer compartment, mosquito nets, bathroom with shower area without curtain and a view of the yard.
Towels and bed linen are changed every 3-4 days.
Maria House Studios is located on a plot of over 2500m2, with a spacious yard, a large green lawn and treetops, where private parking is provided. Guests can also use a barbecue with summer house, table and chairs, as well as two outdoor showers, since there are none on the beach.
You will reach the accommodation by entering Ormos Panagias from the direction of Nikiti, from the highway, and taking the road that leads to Trani Ammouda beach, not to the port. When you go all the way down to the beach, you will turn right and pass the Alexandros accommodation, then take the first street on the right and drive another hundred meters. After about a hundred meters you will see accommodation on the left.
Bearing in mind that the yard is fenced and there are facilities for children, this accommodation is an excellent choice for families who want to be in a quiet area, close to the beach.
