If you want accommodation in Ormos Panagias, near one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Trani Amuda, Maria Karga Studios could be the right choice for you. An excellent price-quality ratio, as well as a favorable location for visiting Sithonia, are good reasons to consider this accommodation for your vacation. It is recommended to everyone who comes on vacation with their car.
The accommodation is located on the highway in Ormos Panagias, about 100m from the center, taverns and the sea, and about 650m from the beach of Trani Amuda. The nearest mini-market is 100m away, and the supermarket is about 200m away.
Maria Karga Studios consists of 13 studios. Four two-bed studios (18m2) have one double bed, and four three-bed studios (21m2) each have one double bed and one single bed. Of the three four-bed (4+1) studios (35m2), the first one has one double bed, two bunk beds and a pull-out sofa, the second has one double bed and a single bed, a sofa and a pull-out armchair, while the third has a double bed and a sofa for two people. One four-bed studio is located on the first floor, while the other four-bed studios and 4+1 studios are located on the ground floor. The studios on the first floor have separate terraces, while on the ground floor the space in front of the studio is not partitioned. There is a line for drying clothes on each terrace (5m2). All three-bed studios face the highway.
All studios have a fully equipped kitchen (in the four-bed studios there are large, and in the two-bed and three-bed studios small refrigerators, the three-bed and four-bed studios have an oven, but the two-bed studios do not) and a bathroom with a shower with a curtain and a hair dryer.
From the 2024 season, four new studios are on offer. Three are located on the first floor, no. 6, no. 8 and no. 10, and one is located on the ground floor, no. 12.
Four-bed studio no. 6 has one double bed and a sofa for two people and is intended for two adults and two children. The four-bed studio no. 8 has a large corner sofa and a double bed and can accommodate four adults, as well as the four-bed studio no. 10, which has a sofa for two people in the room with the kitchen, while the second room, which is not separated by a door, has a double bed. Double studio no. 12 is equipped with a French bed.
All three new four-bed studios in the kitchen have a stove, a large refrigerator with freezer, a kettle, while the two-bed studio has a stove and a smaller refrigerator with a freezer compartment. The bathrooms have a shower, which is separated by a glass partition in studios no. 6 and no. 8, while in studio no. 10 it is separated by a wall. All three studios have terraces with table and chairs.
All units are air-conditioned, have internet, TV and mosquito nets. Cleaning is done every third day, as well as changing bed linen and towels.
There is a bar in the yard, and behind it is a fully equipped shared summer kitchen. In front of the kitchen are several tables with chairs, and a small playground for children is next to it. Private parking is located opposite the house.
Driving from the direction of Nikiti, you will see the accommodation at the very entrance to Ormos Panagias, on the right.
