Nikos Apartments in Ormos Panagias is an excellent choice for all those looking for accommodation with a good price-quality ratio, in an excellent location and with a landscaped yard. It is recommended to all those who come on vacation with their car, as well as families with children, because of the facilities for children and the play area.
Accommodation is located above the highway near Ormos Panagias, about 1300m from the village, supermarket and bakery. The nearest beach is Talgo beach, 450m away, the famous Lagonisi beach is about a two-minute drive away, and the Trani Amuda beach is three to four minutes away. All these beaches are among the most beautiful in Sithonia.
Nikos Apartments has a total of 18 accommodation units, 12 apartments and six studios. The house was completely renovated in 2007, and the apartments on the second floor are somewhat newer than the others.
Nine apartments are about 28m2. Three apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa in the kitchen. In six apartments there is one double bed in the bedroom, while in the kitchen there are two bunk beds or a sofa bed. The apartment on the ground floor with one French and two bunk beds is slightly smaller (23m2).
Two double studios (15m2) each have a double bed. One of them is located on the corner of the building on the right and is quite small, but has everything you need. One four-bed studio has one double bed and a sofa bed, while the other has one double bed and two bunk beds. Both are about 23m2.
Studios and apartments are air-conditioned, have a kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and hair dryer. The apartments have a mini-stove with an oven in the kitchen, and some also have a large electric stove, while the studios have two-burner stoves. Some accommodation units have smaller refrigerators, and some larger ones. The bathrooms have a shower with a curtain. Guests can use an iron and ironing board if they request, as well as a washing machine for an extra charge. Friendly owners are available if you need anything.
Thanks to the trees and greenery in the large yard, the house is protected from the noise from the highway. It is ideal for families with children because of the spacious yard, as well as clean and tidy apartments and studios. At the entrance to the fenced and safe yard, there is a small playground with swings, a slide and a climbing frame, as well as a proper parking lot for all guests. Above there are outdoor and covered seating, as well as a barbecue that is available to all guests.
You will reach the accommodation by driving on the highway. Once you pass the entrance to Ormos Panagias, you will continue driving on the highway until you pass the fruit and vegetable market Aelia, on the right. After 200m you will see the accommodation Nikos on the right side of the road.
