Accommodation: Ormos Apartments

The accommodation is located in a quiet environment in Ormos Panagias, near the beautiful beach of Livrohio (Trani Amuda). It is an excellent choice for families with children because of the fenced yard, as well as for all those who want a quiet vacation, far from the noise.

Ormos Apartments is about 850 m from the beach, about 900 m from the center of Ormos Panagias, where there are taverns and a small market.

The villa was last renovated in 2010 and offers four accommodation units surrounded by a green yard.

We offer four studios and one apartment, the terraces of which face the front part of the courtyard.

Studio A1 (45 m2, including the terrace) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed and one single bed in the same room. The bathroom is separated by a sliding door and has a bathtub, while the kitchen is partially spatially separated, because it is located right at the entrance.

Studio B1 (45 m2, including terrace) is located on the first floor. In one room there is a kitchen and a couch that folds out into an extended single bed, and in the other room (which is not separated by a door) there is a double bed and a single bed, as well as an exit to the terrace. The studio is air-conditioned and has a bathtub in the bathroom.

Studio A2 is located on the ground floor and its maximum capacity is three people. In one room there is one double bed and one single bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a bathtub, and the toilet has a shower without a shower enclosure.

Apartment B2 (70 m2) can also accommodate a maximum of six people. In one room there is a folding couch that becomes an extended single bed, and two rooms are separated by a door, with one French, or two single beds and an armchair that folds out into a single bed. The apartment has two air conditioners and a large corner terrace, the most beautiful of all. The only drawback of this apartment is a small bathroom without an enclosed shower, but guests are happy to choose it because of the best position in the building.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, studios have one, and apartments have two. Guests have at their disposal a hair dryer, large wardrobes, internet and a kitchen equipped with an electric kettle, extractor fan, large fridge, toaster and all necessary kitchen utensils. All accommodation units have a view of the courtyard. Cleaning is done only before guests enter, and towels and bed linen are changed every five days.

This accommodation exudes a relaxed and peaceful atmosphere, and in the yard there are several tables with chairs, deckchairs, a summer kitchen, a barbecue, a shower with a water heater, a small children's playground and a garden with vegetables grown by the owner. The parking lot is not covered, but guests can leave their car both in the yard and in front of the accommodation on the plot belonging to the same owner.

You will reach the accommodation by, if you are coming from the direction of Nikiti, turn left at the first entrance to Ormos Panagias (the street that goes to Trani Amouda beach, not the port), drive 300 m and turn left at Olympia accommodation. Then you will drive another 450 m and you will see accommodation on the right and left side.

Ormos Apartments is the ideal accommodation for families who want to have their privacy and peace without much going on. As the number of accommodation units is small, there are never many people here, so this is an advantage compared to accommodation with more accommodation units and frequent shifts. It is recommended for families who come on vacation by car, with which you can quickly reach the sandy beach with shallow water, ideal for children. Ormos Apartments is a modest accommodation for guests whose priority is not luxury, but the desire to feel the atmosphere of a family home in Greece.
