Stagkonis House is located outside the center of Ormos Panagias, isolated from the noise, which makes it an excellent choice for those who are looking for a quiet holiday and for whom the immediate proximity to the beach is not a decisive factor. The house is about 1.3 km from Livrohio beach (Trani Ammouda), while the supermarket is 550 m away, and the nearest bakery is about 450 m from the accommodation.
The structure of the building is a duplex apartment with an area of 70 m2. It has two bedrooms, one of which is equipped with a double bed, and the other with two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The accommodation is fully air-conditioned and equipped with televisions in every room, internet, mosquito nets, bathroom and kitchen.
The kitchen contains a stove with an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a toaster and all the necessary dishes. The bathroom is equipped with a shower cabin. Guests can use the washing machine free of charge, and all the necessary cleaning products are provided. A cot is available on request, and pets are allowed.
The yard is fenced, nicely landscaped and contains toys for children, as well as a covered summer house with a barbecue. In front of the entrance there is a balcony with seating. Private parking is provided within the property.
