Villa Akti Belvedere is located right on Pahis beach. Surrounded by pine trees and greenery, the villa is nicely tucked away, inconspicuous from the main road and in a truly unique location on the island. The beach is sandy and with natural shade, so it is ideal for families with children. The accommodation has a nice yard, swimming pool, bar and restaurant within the complex and of course, secured parking.
It is about 8 km away from Limenas and is located on the far right part of the beach, seen from the shore. Skala Rachoni is 2 km away and there is a large supermarket (on the highway itself).
There are five four-bed apartments available (4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Suite, 45m2), one apartment with jacuzzi (4 Bed Apartment, Suite Boutique, Hot Tub, 40m2), three superior rooms (22m2) and one superior room with jacuzzi (4 Bed Room, Superior Boutique, Hot Tub, 35m2).
The apartments (marked in the price list as 4 Bed Apartment (4+1), Suite) are very nicely decorated, with spacious terraces with a direct view of the sea. All are located upstairs. There is one double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two people in the living room with kitchen. There is a possibility of inserting an extra bed for the fifth person, because the apartment is intended for families with two to three children. They have a beautiful view of the sea.
The Jacuzzi Suite (marked as 4 Bed Apartment, Suite Boutique, Hot Tub in the price list) is located on the upper ground floor and has one French bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. There is a jacuzzi on the terrace with a partial view of the sea. The maximum capacity of this apartment is four people, two adults and two children.
Apartments have kitchen elements, electric kettle and toaster. Reso does not exist because cooking and frying are prohibited.
Superior rooms consist of one French bed and a sofa bed, so they can accommodate two to four people. They are located in the basement, a few steps from the yard level.
The room with jacuzzi (marked as 4 Bed Room, Superior Boutique, Hot Tub in the price list) consists of a French bed and a sofa bed. This unit is located on the high ground floor.
Half board is on an a la carte basis.
Accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV, safe, hair dryer, modern and new furniture.
Cleaning, as well as changing of bed linen and towels, is done regularly.
The large yard in front of the villa is full of greenery, trees and flowers. It is located right next to the beach, so if you want, you can take shelter at any time of the day on the deckchairs in the shade of the yard. The pool is large, surrounded by sunbeds and umbrellas.
Parking is provided within the complex.
