Aetheris Houses is located in the center of Palio, near Kavala, just a few steps from the sea and the beach, near restaurants and cafes. It has two-room apartments and a beautifully landscaped yard.
The nearest market is 550 m from the accommodation. The bakery is 100 m away, and a very good local restaurant is across the road from the accommodation itself.
The beach, which is 80 m away from the accommodation, has a gradual entrance to the water and a very long shallow, which is especially suitable for children.
We offer two apartments (70m2) located on the ground floor and intended for a maximum of five adults. They have a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Apartment No. 1 has one double bed in the bedrooms, while the living room has a sofa for one person.
Apartment No. 2 has a double bed in one bedroom, two single beds in the second bedroom, and a sofa for one person in the living room.
A baby cot is available upon request and within the price.
In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have at their disposal free WiFi internet, TV, hair dryer, iron, as well as an equipped kitchen with a large fridge with freezer, kettle, coffee maker and toaster in both apartments. In one apartment there is a stove with two hotplates and a small oven, while in the other apartment there is a stove with four hotplates, a large oven and a microwave oven.
The apartments share a courtyard, but each apartment has a separate seating area and its own privacy with a view of nature. There is also a private barbecue in the yard in front of apartment No. 1.
Pets are allowed in this accommodation, with prior agreement and without additional fees.
Guests enter clean accommodation and are responsible for cleaning themselves during their stay. For stays shorter than 10 days, a clean set of bed linen and towels is available, which guests change themselves, while for stays longer than 10 days, bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay. There is a possibility of laundry service, which is included in the price.
Guests are not provided with a parking space, but you can usually find a place on the street, in front of the accommodation.
