Studio Kripis is located in the most beautiful place of Paljuria, next to the chapel of St. Nektarios. Only 450 meters from the center of the village there is a pastry shop, a supermarket, a bakery, restaurants, a doctor, a pharmacy and everything you need.
The apartments are spacious and can accommodate families or groups of four. They have equipped kitchens with a refrigerator and stove. In addition, there is a large balcony with a view of the sea, air conditioning, TV and internet. Bed linen and towels are changed every 3-4 days. The sea (2.5 km) and the beaches of Glarokambos, Ksenia, Blue Fish Beach Bar and Kanistro are only a five-minute drive away.
The apartments are entered with the use of a code, the owners are not present in the accommodation upon arrival. Common rooms are under video surveillance. Guests enter cleaned apartments, and during their stay they themselves take care of the hygiene of the space. The owners do not provide any additional services. The minimum stay is 7 nights. We inform you that the ground is very steep, as shown in the photos, which is why all apartments have a sea view. Also, the house can be reached from an unpaved road 100 meters long. Be ready for this uphill and downhill adventure.
A deposit in the amount of 50e in case of damage is required upon arrival and is returned on the day of departure if everything is in order.
