Chora Luxury Suites is located in the quiet town of Paralia Dionisiou, only 450 m from a beautiful sandy beach, ideal for relaxation and long summer days. The complex consists of four carefully arranged accommodation units that combine comfort, style and functionality - one studio and three apartments, adapted to the different needs of guests, whether they come with family or friends.
The studio on the ground floor is suitable for people with disabilities and allows pets. It is intended for a stay of up to two adults and two children. It contains a sleeping area with a double bed and a sofa, as well as a kitchen and a bathroom.
Two apartments are duplexes on two levels and can accommodate up to four adults. On the first level (ground floor) there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom, while on the second level (attic) there is a bedroom and an additional bathroom. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a sofa bed for two people in the living room.
The third apartment is also a duplex, intended for up to six adults. On the first level (first floor) there is a living room, kitchen and bathroom, while on the second level (attic) there is a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has a double bed, while the living room has two sofas for two people each.
A baby cot is available on request at no extra charge.
The accommodation is air-conditioned (air conditioners in the living rooms and bedrooms of the apartment), and guests have at their disposal free WiFi, satellite TV in the living room and bedroom, a safe, a hairdryer and a fully equipped kitchen with two glass-ceramic plates, a large oven, a large fridge with freezer, a microwave oven (in two apartments), a kettle, a coffee machine and a toaster.
On the verandas and balconies, equipped with seating, guests can enjoy the view of the sea or the landscaped yard.
With prior agreement, small pets are allowed in the studio, at no additional charge.
The cleaning of the accommodation, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, is done daily or by agreement with the guests.
A washing machine and dryer are also available to guests, which they can use at no extra cost.
Parking is provided next to the complex, on the street, in an area intended exclusively for guests.
