Fantastiko Studios are located in Paralia Katerina, just 180 meters from the town's sandy beach. Thanks to the convenient location near the coast and the promenade, they offer guests comfortable accommodation and easy access to all everyday amenities during their vacation. They are ideal for couples, families and groups of friends who want comfort and ease of movement during their vacation.
Guests have available studios that can host up to five adults, located on the ground floor or on the first floor of the building. Three studios are equipped with two French beds each, while the remaining two offer a combination of a French bed and a sofa for two people, with one of them additionally having a bed for one person. This variety of bed layouts allows guests to easily choose the option that best suits their group size and personal needs.
For guests traveling with a small child, a cot is available at no additional cost, with prior notice to the owner, so that everything is ready and adapted to the youngest members of the family.
All five studios are designed for a practical stay and are identically equipped with basic amenities that enable uninterrupted daily functioning. Air conditioning provides a pleasant temperature during warmer days, while WiFi connection and Smart TV with Total TV channel package are available for information or relaxation in the evening. The kitchen area is adapted for the preparation of light meals and includes a glass-ceramic plate with two heating zones, a kettle, an electric kettle and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. A hair dryer is also available to the guests, as a simple but useful addition to the daily routine.
Ground floor studios have verandas facing the courtyard or the street, while first floor units have balconies with the same orientation.
