Mare Blu Lichnos Villa is located close to the fantastic beach of Lichnos (at 150m). It has standard and superior studios for 2-4 people and one four-bed apartment. All accommodation units in the villa have a terrace or veranda with a view of the sea. The building has a very nicely decorated yard facing the sea with a small children's playground and parking lot. Mare Blue is the most sought-after house in the Epirus region.
The nearest store is about 250m away in Villa Spiros (with which we also cooperate), while the nearest bakery is in Parga (3km). Valtos beach is 4.5 km away.
There are eight accommodation units on offer. Two superior studios (24m2) have a large terrace and one double bed and one single bed each, five three-bed studios (22m2) have three single beds and a smaller terrace, and one four-bed apartment (34m2) has one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds in the kitchen area.
Accommodation units have air conditioning, TV, wireless internet, fan, kitchen (stove with two hotplates and refrigerator with chamber), terrace and the possibility of adding an extra bed (metal construction with a thin mattress). .
Cleaning is done daily, while bed linen and towels are changed every third day.
Guests have at their disposal a very nice yard with deckchairs, a small children's playground and a view of the sea. They do not have a reception, but the owners live in the villa and one of them is always available for any help or information.
Private parking is also available for all vehicles.
Turn off the Igumenica - Preveza road and drive towards Parga for about 5 km to the signpost for Lihnos beach. Turn left and drive downhill towards the sea for about 900m until you come across this accommodation on the right.
