Spiros Studios is located in an excellent location, only 250m from the beautiful sandy beach of Lihnos. The facility has studios and apartments that can host up to five people, and guests have access to a shop, snack bar, reception and private parking. This accommodation is the perfect choice for anyone who wants a quiet and relaxing holiday near the beach.
The nearest store is located within the building itself, while the nearest bakery is in Parga, about 3 km away. Valtos beach is 4.5 km away.
There are a total of 17 accommodation units on offer, distributed on the ground floor and on the first floor: 12 three-bed studios (28m²) with one double and one single bed, or with three single beds, five four-bed apartments (45m²) with two double beds.
All units are air-conditioned (apartments have air conditioning in every room) and equipped with TV, wireless internet, safe, kitchen (mini stove with oven, refrigerator with chamber, toaster, filter coffee machine and electric kettle), mosquito nets, bathroom with shower and hairdryer, as well as a terrace - six studios and three apartments on the first floor have a view of the sea.
In the yard, which is beautifully decorated and full of flowers, there are deckchairs and benches for sitting in the shade. The guests also have a washing machine, a shared barbecue, and a parking space at their disposal.
Cleaning is done daily, except Sundays, while towels are changed every two days and bed linen every fourth day.
