Acton House is a new and modern accommodation just a step away from the beach in Pefkari. It is also only a 10-minute walk from Potos. Friendly owners, shaded courtyard, excellent location and cleanliness of the apartments are the reasons why Acton has become one of the most sought-after accommodations in the south of the island.
Acton House is located about 75m from the main beach in Pefkari (there is a path from the accommodation to the beach).
Accommodation in the offer has a total of seven accommodation units, namely five studios and two duplex apartments, which are distributed on the ground floor and first floor.
There are five studios on the first floor and another studio and two apartments on the ground floor. Two studios have a classic double bed, while four studios have a sofa bed, so they can be triples. The studios are modernly decorated and renovated in 2016 and have an area of 20m2. They have an equipped mini kitchen, table and chairs, mosquito nets, air conditioning and internet.
Two duplex apartments on the ground floor were built in 2018.
Apartment number 1 (40m2) is for four people (possibly a cot can be inserted). It has two completely separate bedrooms, each with two joined single beds and air conditioning. The living room has a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen (there is also a stove with an oven).
Apartment number 3 (40m2) also has two completely separate bedrooms, but in the living room there is also a pull-out sofa on which two small children can sleep. It also has a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and a dining table.
Both apartments are very modernly equipped.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every five days.
In the large courtyard, which is in the shade, there is a barbecue, as well as a large table with chairs for socializing.
A parking space is provided in the yard.
Acton House is located in a quiet location and is surrounded by olive trees. Just across the street is a large Masoutis supermarket.
Coming from Limenaria, 250 meters after passing the first (main) turning for Pefkari, you will see House Acton on the right, right between Litsa Studios and Thassos Hotel.
