Athina House is an excellent choice for a group of friends or for large families because it provides an atmosphere of complete privacy. It is located in a quiet place and just a step away from the beach in Pefkari. Potos is about a 10-minute walk away.
Athina House is located in Pefkari, 150 meters from the beach. It is closer to the bay located near the camp on the left side of the beach than to the central bay of Pefkariya.
The house has two bedrooms, living room with kitchen and bathroom. Its size is 60m2.
One bedroom has a double bed, while the other has two single beds, and both have bedside tables and wardrobes.
The living room is spacious enough and contains two sofas on which one child can sleep, as well as a large kitchen with a refrigerator with a freezer and a classic stove with an oven. It also has an air conditioner. The bathroom is also spacious. There are mosquito nets on the windows.
Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning, can be arranged with the owner on the spot, usually for five days.
In front of the house is a large yard, partly concrete and partly grassy, there is a private parking lot and lots of shade, greenery and flowers.
If you want peace, privacy, proximity to the sea and the smell of pines, this house is ideal for that. It gives you the feeling that you are in your own summer house by the sea.
The house is not perfect and not brand new, but it is definitely the most sought after accommodation in Pefkari. It also has internet access.
When you enter Pefkari from the direction of Limenaria, the house is located after the Thassos Hotel, as soon as you go down a gentle slope, on the left side of the road.
Both beaches in Pefkari are very easily accessible from Athens, a two-minute walk away. The first convenience store with basic groceries is about 100 meters away and is located in the camp. In the immediate vicinity there are several good taverns and a pizzeria. You will reach Potos after about 10 minutes of easy walking and there you will find a promenade, a large selection of restaurants and shops, an amusement park, larger supermarkets, etc.
