Eleni villa is the most affordable accommodation in Pefkari. It is a building with a very nice and spacious yard, friendly owners, private parking and excellent reviews. The beach is only a few minutes' walk away, and you can reach the center of Potos in just a 10-minute walk.
Eleni is located on the left side of the highway between Pefkari and Potos. It is 400 meters from the city beach in Pefkari.
It is a two-story house that was built in 2013.
We offer a total of five accommodation units, namely four studios and one apartment.
Three studios can accommodate up to four people, while studio number 4 has three beds. One four-bed studio (studio number 1) is located on the ground floor and has one double bed, one single bed and an extra bed. The two four-bed studios on the first floor each have one double bed and one single bed, while the fourth bed in studio number 2 is a single bed of smaller dimensions, and in studio number 3 a sofa bed. Studio number 4 is also on the first floor and is intended for families of three and has one French bed and a sofa bed. The studios are 23m2 in size and all have narrower than standard French beds.
Each studio has a kitchen and a fridge with a small freezer compartment, air conditioning, TV and wardrobe. The balconies are covered so that you can enjoy the shade throughout the day. Each studio has a private balcony with seating and a large dining table (the studio on the ground floor has the largest balcony).
In the basement of the villa there is a large four-bed apartment (40m2). It has smaller windows and consists of a comfortable bedroom with one double bed and two single beds, a dining room with a kitchen and a large bathroom. The fifth, extra bed, can be inserted into the dining room. The kitchen is nicely equipped and is connected to the dining room where there is a table with chairs. This apartment is the most comfortable of all accommodation units in the villa and has a seating area in front of the entrance.
Cleaning, as well as changing towels and bed linen, is done every five days.
The villa is surrounded by greenery, has a large yard with a brick barbecue and toys for children, lots of space and a grass area for children to run safely. The yard is surrounded by a high fence and a gate.
Private parking in the yard is provided for all guests.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, it is 300m after the main turn to the right for Pefkari or, for easier orientation, opposite the Thassos Hotel. Thassos Hotel is on the right, Eleni Villa on the left.
Villa Elena is in an excellent location, because the beach in Pefkari, which can be reached by a shortcut, is only a five-minute walk from the house, and Potos is a 7-8-minute walk away. Right next to the villa, there is a large Masoutis supermarket, so if you want affordable accommodation in a good location, Villa Eleni can be a good choice.
