Eva's Paradise is located in Pefkari, not far from the beach, restaurants and cafes.
The nearest beach is 250m away. Potos is very close, it is 500m away, so you can go there for shopping or an evening walk.
The accommodation consists of five studios for a maximum of two adults and two smaller children and a house in the yard for four people. The studios were renovated in 2016, while the house was built in 2018.
Each studio has a double bed and a sofa bed with two separate mattresses. Studios (20m2) are equipped with modern and handmade wooden furniture, and are suitable for two or three adults or two adults with two small children.
All studios have a terrace with a table and chairs, a small kitchenette with one hot plate, mini bar, bathroom, hairdryer, bathroom button for emergency calls, TV, mosquito nets, air conditioning, safe, refrigerator and internet.
From the summer of 2018, a newly built building in the yard for four people (30m2) is also for rent. It has an equipped kitchen with a refrigerator and one sofa bed for two adults, a bathroom and a bedroom with one French bed. The air conditioner is located in the corridor. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer. It has two TVs, mosquito repellent and a safe.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done daily during July and August, while during June and September it is done every two days.
It has a large landscaped yard with a barbecue, seating, umbrellas and a playground for children.
The house has a free parking space.
Coming from the direction of Limenaria, take the first turn for Pefkari and turn into the second street located just before Alexandra Beach Hotel. Accommodation is located in the first courtyard on the left.
