Litsa studios is located in Pefkari, about 200m from the beach. It is surrounded by a yard with a summer house, a barbecue, a playground for children and a parking lot. We offer studios that have a terrace at the back of the house and are isolated from noise.
The city beach in Pefkari is 200m from the accommodation, and the first market is across the street - Masoutis supermarket, which has very favorable prices.
A total of eight studios are available for booking, namely 4 four-bed and 4 three-bed studios. Three are located on the high ground floor, while the other five are located on the first floor.
Three-bed studios (18m2) are located on the ground floor and one on the first floor. They have one double bed and one single bed.
Four-bed studios (20m2) are located on the first floor. One has two French beds, one standard and one narrower than standard size. One has a double bed and two folding armchairs. There are two four-bed studios with a double bed and two beds on the first floor.
The studios are not modernly equipped, but they are decently maintained and clean. The furniture is classic, wooden, apartment style. Kitchens and bathrooms are standard, apartment quality.
All studios have a kitchen, bathroom, TV, air conditioning and wireless internet signal.
The studios are entered from the common terrace at the front. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a door and has access to the balcony. All balconies are on the back side of the villa, facing the pine forest and the sea. The view, peace and smells are extremely pleasant and relaxing. Given that the villa is set back from the main road and all the balconies face the back side, towards the pine forest and the sea, there can be no road noise.
Change of towels, bed linen and cleaning are provided and regular, every four days.
In the courtyard there is a small basketball court, children's play area, brick grill, porch with tables, chairs, refrigerator, TV and board games. The owners are kind and pleasant.
The parking lot is located within the courtyard.
The car is approached from the highway, turning right when coming from the direction of Limenaria, after the main entrance to Pefkari and before turning to the Thassos hotel parking lot. It can also be reached on foot from the back side, from the direction of the beach, through the pine forest. A board with the inscription Litsa Studios is placed along the highway.
This villa has its many advantages and therefore it is understandable why it has been interesting to tourists for years. It has a good location, it is easily accessible from the highway, and tucked away, it is close to the center of Pefkari and the beach (about 200m), and it is not far from Potos either - about 500m.
