The accommodation consists of two separate studios that are rented out for one large family or larger group. The capacity of the facility is for 7 people, one of which is a four-bed studio, and the other is a three-bed studio. They are physically separated. The total area is 70m2.
The four-bed studio has 4 single beds, two of which are in one room and two in the other. The rooms are not separated by a door, but only by a passage. One of the rooms has an entrance to the toilet, while the other leads to the kitchen, which is also not separated by a door. From the kitchen you enter the bathroom with a shower cabin. There is one air conditioner located in the room leading to the kitchen.
The three-bed studio has 3 single beds, two of which are in one bedroom that is not separated by a door from the passage to the kitchen. In this passage, there is another single bed (smaller dimensions than the standard ones), and the entrance to the bathroom. At the end of the room is a sliding door that separates this space from the kitchen. In the kitchen, the pictures show a washing machine, but it is not in operation, while everything else is provided for use. The refrigerator is large and has a smaller freezer compartment. Each room has an exit to the yard.
The accommodation has TV, internet and barbecue, with which you have to be careful because of the proximity of pine trees.
Guests maintain their own studies during their stay.
The yard is concrete and there is a table and chairs for sitting.
