Summer house in Pefkari is a house that is ideal for everyone who wants maximum privacy during their vacation and the beach right across the street.
The beach in Pefkari is right in front of the accommodation, as well as the first shops and restaurants (50 meters).
The cottage can accommodate a total of 6 people, more precisely 5 adults and one child, although it is ideal for four. It is partially hidden by the hotel, but you can still see the sea from the balcony. It is located in a quiet place, sheltered from crowds and traffic, yet only a few steps from the sea. The beach is separated by the road and the Akti hotel restaurant, so you can go to the beach in a bathing suit.
The house has an area of 50 m2 and has two bedrooms, a bathroom and a living room. There is a kitchen in the living room. One bedroom has two single beds, and the other has a double bed that is narrower than standard. In the living room there is a sofa on which one person can sleep, and if necessary, an extra bed can be pulled out as a drawer for one person. The extra bed has a comfortable standard mattress. The house has air conditioning and TV in the living room, kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is well equipped, it has a large fridge with freezer and a stove with an oven. In front of the entrance there is a terrace with a table and chairs and a partial view of the sea.
It is equipped with air conditioning, TV, hair dryer and internet access.
Change of bed linen and towels, as well as cleaning is done every 4 days or in agreement with the owner.
The parking place is located right in front of the house.
Although the cottage has a kitchen, you can agree with the owners of Hotel Akti to pay extra for half board.
If you are coming from the direction of Limenaria, after 3 km you turn right at the big sign for Pefkari. The house is located on the left side of the street, after Hotel Esperija, behind Hotel Akti.
