The newly built house Venice Deluxe Apartments is located in Pefkari, next to the quiet local road that connects Potos with Pefkari. The accommodation is of high quality and is an excellent choice for families with small children.
The accommodation is 450 meters from the center of Potos. The nearest beach is only 250 meters away.
Venice de Lux was built for the 2016 season. We offer four studios for two adults and two small children. All are located on the ground floor and have direct access to the yard. The studio has one double bed, while in a small partitioned space there is a sofa bed that can sleep two children. It has a small kitchen that is fully equipped, it has a toaster, a kettle, a coffee machine, a fridge and a bathroom with a shower. The studios have an area of about 30m2.
The studios are air-conditioned and have a TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets and a safe. There is also internet access.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels is done every three days.
The house has a spacious yard with a parking space, a playground for children and a barbecue that is available to guests.
Seen from the direction of Limenaria, the house is at the end of Pefkari, after the camp. It has an entrance right off the highway so you'll easily spot it, it's on the right, and there's a Venice Deluxe Apartments sign on the road.
The location of this house is excellent, considering that it is a 5-minute walk from the beach, Potos and Pefkari, and it is also easily accessible by car. Guests can choose whether to swim at the city beach in Potos, the beach of the Alexandra Beach Hotel, the left or right bay of Pefkaria. All these beaches are accessible on foot. The large Masoutis supermarket is 200m away.
If you like Pefkari, because of its peace and proximity to Potos, and you want better quality accommodation in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, Venice Deluxe Apartments can be an excellent choice.
