Venice Studio and Apartment is accommodation in Pefkari, about 250m from the beach. It is located in a yard full of greenery and has a private parking lot. We offer a renovated studio and apartment, equipped with everything you need for a quality vacation.
The nearest beach is only 250m away. It is about 450 meters from the center of Potos and the same distance from the center of Pefkari. Guests can choose whether to swim at the city beach in Potos, the beach of the Alexandra Beach Hotel, the left or right bay of Pefkaria. All these beaches are accessible on foot.
A supermarket for basic groceries is less than 100m away and is located on the main highway. It is Masoutis, which is known for its affordable prices. The large supermarkets in Potos are also easily accessible on foot.
We offer one large five-bed apartment and one three-bed studio. Both are located on the first floor and have a view of the courtyard. For the 2016 season, the house was completely renovated.
The apartment is a duplex (45m2), has two bedrooms, a kitchen and a bathroom. One bedroom has a narrower than standard double bed and one single bed, while the other has one double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped, it has an oven, a large refrigerator and small kitchen appliances. It is suitable for five people.
The studio (28m2) consists of one room with a double bed. The bedroom is separated from the kitchen by a door. The kitchen is equipped, has a small refrigerator and kitchen appliances. The bathroom is smaller and has a shower without a tub. It is suitable for two adults and a child.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, mosquito nets and a safe. There is also internet access.
Both accommodation units are entered from the shared terrace. The apartment has a large porch on the terrace, with a table and chairs, while part of the space on the long shared terrace is reserved for the studio.
Cleaning and changing of bed linen and towels are done every three days.
There is a children's playground in the yard. There is also a mobile grill that guests can use.
The parking lot is located within the courtyard.
When coming from the direction of Limenaria, continue along the highway and after 2 km you will come across Pefkari. Do not turn right at the first, but at the second right, after the Masoutis market. The accommodation is on the right side of the street and you will see a sign on the road.
The location of this house is excellent, considering that it is a five-minute walk from the beach, Potos and Pefkari, and it is also easy to reach by car. Seen from the direction of Limenaria, the house is located at the end of Pefkari, after the camp. Eva's Paradise and Venice Deluxe Apartments, also offered on this site and Venice studio and apartment are located 50m from each other, one on the left and the other on the right side of the road, looking from the direction of Potos and Alexandra Beach Hotel.
If you like Pefkari, because of the peace and proximity to Potos, and you want modest accommodation in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, Venice Studio and Apartment can be an excellent choice.
