This apartment is in the form of a maisonette, carefully designed to provide a comfortable and functional stay for up to 10 adults. It is spread over three levels: on the ground floor there is a living room connected to the kitchen and dining room, as well as a bathroom, while the first floor is organized with two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. On the second floor there is a third bedroom, also with its own bathroom. As for the beds, the living room on the ground floor is equipped with a sofa for two people and another sofa for one person. The bedrooms on the first floor have double beds, while the third bedroom on the second floor is equipped with a double bed and a single bed. This organization of the rooms allows comfort and privacy for all guests, with enough space for common stays, meals and rest.

Each room of this accommodation is equipped with air conditioning, which enables a pleasant stay and refreshing comfort during hot summer days. Free Wi-Fi and TV are available to guests, ideal for moments of rest, entertainment or watching favorite content together. Additional amenities, such as a hair dryer and a washing machine, make everyday life easier and make your stay carefree. Balconies on the upper levels, equipped with seating, allow an unobstructed view of the coast and the sea, making outdoor living even more enjoyable.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, in accordance with the policy of maintaining the highest level of hygiene and comfort for all visitors.

Guests maintain cleanliness themselves during their stay, with the possibility of full adaptation to their own rhythm and needs. Bed linen and towels are not changed during the stay, and thanks to the available washing machine, guests can refresh them independently if necessary.
