Olia Seaside Residence is an accommodation complex located in the most popular and the place with the longest history in tourism, Pefkohori, on the east coast of the Kassandra peninsula, 350m from the beach. The town center is 1.6 km away.
Within this accommodation, there are a total of ten accommodation units with a capacity for a maximum of eight people.
Three double studios (Double Deluxe no. 1, 4, 6) are located in a three-story building next to the parking lot, one on each floor, and contain a double bed, kitchen and bathroom.
Two triple studios (Triple Deluxe No. 9 and 10) are located on the ground floor in the building next to the pool and have a direct view of it. They contain a double bed and a single bed, a kitchen and a bathroom.
The four-bed studio (Luxury Suite no. 7) is located on the ground floor of the building next to the pool and contains a double bed, a sofa for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom.
Two suites (Family Suite no. 3 and 5), intended for accommodation of up to six people, are located on the first and second floor of the building next to the parking lot and contain a double bed and a sofa for two people in the kitchen area, while there is a double bed in the separate bedroom.
The ground-floor apartment for six people (Junior Suite no. 2) is located in the building next to the parking lot and contains a double bed in the kitchen area, and in the separate bedroom there is a double bed and a sofa for two people.
The apartment for eight people (Family Luxury Suite no. 8) is located on the ground floor of the building next to the pool and contains two separate rooms with one double bed and one sofa for two people. In one of the rooms there is a fully equipped kitchen.
All French beds measure 160x200, and single beds measure 90x190. A baby cot is available on request and for an extra charge.
In these air-conditioned accommodation units, with two air conditioners within the apartment, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, a flat-screen smart TV with satellite channels, a hair dryer, a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board, mosquito nets, a kitchen equipped with a standard refrigerator (in studios) or a large refrigerator with freezer (in apartments), two glass-ceramic hotplates, a small oven, a microwave oven (in all units except in two-bed studios), a washing machine dishwashing (only in Family Luxury Suite) with toaster, kettle and Nespresso coffee machine. The bathrooms have a shower without a tub with a glass screen, except in the junior suite, which has a glass shower cabin.
