Seagull Villa is located on the southeastern coast of Kassandra, between Pefkohori and Paliouri, which is 350m from the natural lagoon Glarokavos and the Golden Beach, while other famous beaches are 5-10 minutes away by car. There is a fish tavern 80m from the accommodation, and the nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive away.
The villa is spread over three levels and is designed to accommodate ten people. The first level, which is located in the semi-basement, has a separate entrance and consists of a living room with a small kitchen, two bedrooms that are connected to each other, i.e. one can enter the other, and between them there is a bathroom. On the first level there is a living room with kitchen and dining room, one bedroom and a bathroom. The second level is reached by stairs and has two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a double bed in each bedroom.
Within this spacious villa, guests have at their disposal cooling units in four bedrooms and the living room on the first floor, WiFi internet, TV, exercise bike, Power Plate and Step exercise machine, table tennis table, washing machine, fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator with freezer, four-burner stove and large oven, dishwasher, coffee machine and kettle, while the small kitchen in the semi-basement contains dishes, a refrigerator and a griddle.
You can spend pleasant mornings and evenings with a view of the yard on one of the two balconies equipped with seating.
