Select Lux Apartments are located in Pefkohori, on the east coast of Kassandra, in a quiet street that stretches straight to the coast and leads directly to the sea. The accommodation is 100 meters from a wide sandy beach, whose golden sand is suitable for peaceful walks during the early morning hours, but also for fun during warm summer days. At the same time, within a radius of 300 meters from the accommodation, there is the very center of the town, which provides guests with direct access to all the interesting things that Pefkohori has to offer, as well as shops, restaurants, cafes and all other facilities necessary for a comfortable stay. In this way, guests can combine the enjoyment of peace with the easily accessible offer of amenities in the center of Pefkohori.

Within this building there are two separate apartments located on the ground floor. This layout is particularly suitable for families with small children or for guests who prefer easily accessible accommodation. Both apartments are designed so that every segment of comfort is within reach, but also to maintain the privacy of their guests. The smaller apartment can accommodate a maximum of four people and is equipped with two bedrooms, each of which has a double bed, as well as a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The larger apartment can accommodate up to six people and has two bedrooms with double beds, a living room equipped with a sofa for two people, a kitchen and a bathroom.

Upon request and within the agreed price, a baby cot is available for the youngest guests, which allows parents to carefree organize a trip with a baby or small child. This ensures flexibility and extra comfort, as families do not have to bring their own cot, but just inform the hosts in advance of the need.

Both apartments are fully air-conditioned with an air conditioner that evenly distributes cooled air throughout all rooms, so even during the hottest days of July and August staying inside the apartment is not a problem. There are Smart TVs in the living rooms and in both bedrooms, which provide the opportunity to watch different channels or broadcast your favorite series and movies. Free Wi-Fi internet is available in all rooms, allowing guests uninterrupted access to the internet for work, communication with family or simple browsing and entertainment. Additional facilities that add to the comfort include a hairdryer, washing machine and iron, which is especially important for guests who are staying for several days and want to keep the wardrobe tidy. The kitchen is equipped with two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large refrigerator with freezer, a microwave oven, a dishwasher and an electric kettle, which significantly facilitates the preparation of both breakfast and more complex meals.

Each of the apartments has two spacious verandas, one at the front and the other at the back, both equipped with seating. On these verandas, guests can enjoy their morning coffee or afternoon drink while observing the surrounding landscape and feeling the gentle breeze coming from the sea. Due to their position on the ground floor, the verandas offer direct access to the landscaped yard, which further enhances the impression of intimacy and privacy.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation, which ensures peace and cleanliness inside the facility. This measure allows guests who may suffer from allergies or prefer an animal-free environment to stay carefree.

The apartment is cleaned halfway through the stay. Towels and bed linen are changed halfway through the stay for stays of ten or more nights, which guarantees the freshness of the space and greater guest comfort.

Guests of these apartments are provided with one parking space in front of the accommodation, which eliminates the need to search for parking in the surrounding streets and provides additional comfort for drivers. This is especially important during the peak season, when parking facilities are often full.
