There is a double bed in the bedroom, and a click-clack bed for 2 people in the living room. The apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, internet, smart TV, Netflix, washing machine, hairdryer, bed linen and towels. High ceilings and double doors leading to the terrace make the space bright and spacious.
The apartment is located next to the widest part of the beach in Perea. In the immediate vicinity is the cafe Theros, but also numerous other restaurants along the beach. The nearest market and pharmacy are 50m away from the apartment, as well as a large park for children, bakeries and pastry shops. It takes 5 minutes to walk to the city center.
