The building offers one four-bed studio unit (33m²) on the upper ground floor and one six-bed apartment with two bedrooms (55m²) on the first floor. The four-bed studio has a double bed and a pull-out couch for two younger children up to 10 years old. The studio also has its own veranda with a table and chairs for sitting. On the first floor there is an apartment with two separate bedrooms, in which there are double beds, while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. The apartment has a balcony, but without furniture; if necessary, guests can take the table and chairs out of the apartment to enjoy their stay on the terrace. Both accommodation units have a fully equipped kitchen with all the necessary appliances and utensils for preparing meals, including a toaster, kettle and a large fridge.
