Alexander Villa is located on the beach in Vourvourou, on the east coast of the Sithonia peninsula. Vourvourou is special because there is an archipelago of nine islands nearby, the largest of which is Diaporos, so in that sense it offers something that no other place on Sithonia offers, renting a boat and going to Diaporos island, swimming on the beaches with turquoise water and a view of the blue lagoon.
The unrestricted beach is accessed directly from the yard. The nearest market is less than 200 m away, as well as restaurants and bakeries.
This luxury villa of 150 m² with a swimming pool is divided into two levels and is designed to accommodate a maximum of six people. On the first level, which is on the ground floor, there is a large living room, kitchen and dining room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, as well as two bathrooms. On the second level, on the first floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom. Guests have the opportunity to enjoy an impressive and direct view of the blue sea and the island of Diaporos from the veranda or balcony equipped with seating.
Within this air-conditioned villa, guests have at their disposal a flat-screen TV with satellite channels, free Wi-Fi internet, a jacuzzi, a washing machine, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge-freezer, a flat plate with four glass ceramic hobs, a large oven, a microwave oven, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle and a toaster. The bathrooms have a shower cabin. In this accommodation, small pets are allowed in agreement with the owners and with an additional charge.
The cleaning of accommodation units during the stay, as well as the change of towels and bed linen, is done every day.
In the carefully maintained yard, with paved paths and neat lawns, guests have at their disposal a private swimming pool with sunbeds and umbrellas, a summer house inside which there is a barbecue and an outdoor dining area, a sauna, as well as a covered area with exercise equipment.
A private parking space for five cars is available.
Coming from the direction of Thessaloniki, after passing the Elin gas station in Vourvourou, after 1 km turn left into the street towards the sea and continue following the road to Rema Hotel (some 400 m), then turn right and after 350 m you will see Villa Alexander on your left.
