Vacanza Home is an accommodation located in Polichrono in Halkidiki and offers a beautiful, air-conditioned, comfortable maisonette in Greek style, which is ideal for a family or group of friends - suitable for two to six adults and one child.
On the ground floor of the house there is a fully equipped kitchen, which includes a stove with four rings and an oven, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee maker, a frappe machine, a toaster and a washing machine. Downstairs is a living room with a fireplace, a garden with a barbecue in the shade and a partial view of the sea, and a dining table. There is a shower in the garden in front of the house.
On the first floor there are two bedrooms with terraces, the terrace doors have mosquito nets. One bedroom has a large double bed 160x200 and, if necessary, a cot. The terrace overlooks a quiet, small street. The second bedroom has a bed size 120x200 and a high gallery with beds 160x200 and a single bed 90x200, where the terrace gives a partial view of the sea, also a quiet side. The bathroom has a shower with a curtain and a hairdryer.
The accommodation offers free internet access, air conditioning, standup padel and board games, there is also a garage suitable for smaller cars of category A and B, while free parking on the street is possible for larger cars.
Polychrono city beach, which is sandy and gravelly, is located exactly 50m away from the accommodation. Supermarkets, bakeries, taverns, shops, everything you need is in the immediate vicinity (a car is absolutely not necessary).
Guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation during their stay. Change of bed linen and towels is not provided. Additional cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels is possible only with prior agreement with the owner.
