Luka Apartments 1 is family owned and located 50 meters above the main church, not far from the center of Polichrono, 6-7 minutes walk from the Blue Flag beach. It was built on a hill with a beautiful view of the bay. It has six comfortable units, with capacity for 2-6 people. The building was completely renovated in 2021. It is surrounded by a beautifully landscaped yard. Guests have at their disposal a barbecue, furniture for children, as well as a parking space in the courtyard of the building. Free wireless internet is available in the entire facility.
The property is 350m from the beach, 200m from the center, and 150m from the market, bakery and pharmacy.
The building is on three levels, and on each level there are two spacious apartments with a total area of 50m2. The owners live on the ground floor of the building.
