The kitchens are equipped, they have a refrigerator and a stove with two hotplates. There are large refrigerators in the four-bed apartments, and standard refrigerators with a freezer compartment in the rooms, three-bed and two-bed studios. The double rooms do not have a kitchen, but they have a kettle and a coffee machine available to guests.
All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV and internet access.
Towels are changed every two days, and bed linen is changed every 3-4 days.
Guests have at their disposal deckchairs by the pool, as well as furniture for sitting in the shade of the yard.
Private parking is not provided, parking is possible in the surrounding streets and there are usually spaces. In front of the building there is an additional space where guests can park their vehicle without additional compensation.
